BETA Installation Empty BETA Installation

Extract this into the your RO directory. Make sure you follow the first few steps of Installation 101.

THEN (After BETA's completely installed, download and extract this to fix the nospeak problem. Unless you'd rather not speak...? (YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO OVERWRITE, IN SAID CASE, DO SO.)
