Beta's back up on schedule.

Online.

HOPEFULLY. HOPEFULLY- As it is my bane of existance... The Online Database/ Registration system/ect. will be online in a day or two. The Patcher is working however... It will be ran through the online database which hates me. Lol.

Again ANYONE with Php/Abyss or Apache experience (Preferable Abyss) speak up.

Two thinks i would really like to have with me prior to release date would be a full-time spriter (Unpaid of course) and a full-time mapper (same applies) both of who can work a rather rapid rates (Atleast 1map/ 2sprites per week). I do alot of work for the server and though i know how to both make maps and sprite, time is not on my side. I will continue to work on them but i could always use the help.

New map for RO2.0 is nearly complete. Lighting and what not is still needing but thats it. The map will serve as both a primary useage during anything in RO2.0 and will also be a great deal of help for the roleplay.

How did people get around prior to the teleportation service?... Well by boat of course. New Hope is an unidentified land, the work itself is uncharted and no one has made the land safe for teleportation yet. The Al' Ganquin will change that, along with the people new hope. As soon as 2.0 is released there will be a map called Al' Ganquin, it is a large trade ship used by Captain Cruise. It will allow you to travel through all the open seas, or even down some unsafe straights. The map will allow players to 'discover' new areas in a unique way, also making it so once a player has discovered it, if they have a discovery stone on them they may be able to make the map 'warpable' and eventually the kafra goons will investigate it and open a safer means of transportation to it. Al' Ganquin itself at the release of RO2.0 will have 8 secret locations. Two of which will contain new special mvps.

One will remain completely unexplained, the other i will reveal a slight bit of here in a teaser. Note before this teaser that RO2.0 is expected to take quite some time so don't plan on seeing this anytime soon.

The second Mvp will be the mvp of the map Ship Wreck Cove. When the Al' Ganquin arrives there the player must go from ship to ship or use of some land and wreckage of who knows what, guiding their way through the misfortunate souls of those who died there.

The map Ship Wreck Cove will allow the players to fight three new creatures:

Tormented Soul - Level 111, Meele, Magic Res: High, Physical Res: Med, Element: Ghost
Demonic Essence - Level 112, Ranged, Magic Res: Unharmable, Phyiscal Res: Low, Element: Ghost
Serpent - Level 112 Meele, Magic Res: Low, Physical Res: Low, Element: Water

And the Mvp

Phiros - Level 125 Meele, Magic Res: High, Phyiscal Res: High, Element: Water

Phiros is a large serpent light monster that lurks in the mists of the unknown. It is accompanied by large serpent like companions whom dwell in its bowels for safety as it travels through the sea.

That's enough spoilers for now. ^_^

I had a breakthrough today with the trial and error system. Looks like my stat system will work after all. I got strength and int completely working but i gotta get the dex and agi dice up still.
