The Great War (Year: 200)

Please note, this part of the world is unknown history, it is for YOU the player to know, not for your characters; though some religions do follow such beliefs there is no proof.

There was a small grace period after the struggle of Hope and the town's demise. Zerok had his heir Vor, Tinum had his heir Angel, Thor had his heir Thrud, Sojfn had her heir Khatoc, and Odin had his next set of 'children'; Hod and Baldar.

Kyo the Valkyrie of Light. Tinums new human friend. Zerok saw Tinum's playmate and deemed him unfair. Zerok wanted an apostle of his own. He saw Kyo as a threat but at the same time, a way to attack Tinum directly. Zerok found Kyo alone one day and confronted him with an offer of mass power. He sent a surge of power throughout kyo's body and offered it as what he could have. Kyo couldn't resist the possessions of Zerok and agreed to do it for anything. Zerok asked in return the death of the other gods that disagreed with his ways.

Kyo and Zerok spent some time melding together as one. They begun a bond no god has attempted before, making Kyo into a nearly Demi-God state. Kyo's one wing burn black and held the strength given by Zerok in it. The other still retained it's white color from it's original sender. Odin and Tinum were very displeased with the Valkyrie of Light's new state. They began readying the god's to form an attack against Zerok. Other god's began following in Zerok's method, choosing a host to give there power to, making them a champion of the god. They began forming ties which could not be disassembled, they made a parasitic bond that sustained both their lives but consumed it at the same time, for if the avatar of a god died, so would the avatar.

Vol saw her fathers evil and fled. He placement was unknown, she still should be around to today. Angel, daughter of Tinum was sent into human society, shrouded by the looks of a regular orphan girl she was left behind to give false identity and keep safety, she herself even lost records of everything she knew every 200 years.

Loki, god of Trickery sided with Zerok, falling on what he thought was the best side. Thor soon followed after. Zerok ventured into the domain of Helheim, Hell, Looking for Baldar. Upon his arrival he explained all to the tormented soul. He told him that he would come back for Baldar eventually when he needs him, Baldar sits waiting the day hes freed.

Hel completely backed out of the growing conflict. He claimed himself Neutral. Bragi soon-after followed in the veto of conflict. Khatoc told his mother he didn't want to witness the battle and fled to an offset form of Asgard where he honed his fire technique.

The remainder of the gods, Odin, Tinum, Aegir, Eir, Frigga, Tyr, Hod, Sojfn, and Skadi all prepared for an upcoming battle. Most of them had now gained their trophy soldiers, or 'Avatars'. The battle soon after commenced. It took place in the center of the ruins of Hope. The newly Possessed monster of destruction Dark Valkyrie Kyo consumed the enemy's rapidly, firstly dropped was Sojfn and Skadi. Sojfn was completely destroyed, no return ever posed after her demise, Skadi however was destroyed and her soul was embedded into her avatar Ktullanux. He fled into a nearby cave and his body started suffering withdraws from the pressure put into of the essence of a god embedded into him. The cave began freezing around him and the cave itself came to life with the power of the god. Ktullanux stopped moving and became one with the ice.

The battle continued and the light side started taking win. The dark forces were slowly dying and Avatar of Light managed to make it to the heart of the dark side. He swiftly struck Zerok, the blade in him peircing his heart consumed his being. He unstably fled the battle unheard of again for a long time. In the hustle of victorious chants from the light sides triumphant attack of Zerok, Odin and Frigga both dropped. Unnoticed the Valkyrie of Darkness managed to assassinate both of them. Both completely destroyed. Thrud attempted to attack him and Loki's avatar Sin appeared and vanquished her before she could finish her hammer swing. Hod completely vanished during the battle, his purpose seems to be shaded at this point and some religions tend to doubt his existence at all.

The battle came to a close and the dark sides fled. They were unheard of past then. The light sides went into mourning and slowly rebuilding themselves back up. (God's that went missing weren't found yet.)
