The Wolf and The Bat (Year: 650)

Sometime long after the Order was re-instituted and the demonic race came about, a witchdoctor began experimenting with chemical mutation. She tried transfusing DNA from humans to other animals unsuccessfully. Eventually she tried her last few specimens in humans. The Rat-Human and Bear-Human's both suffered extreme self induced torture and then died, the Bat and Wolf however managed to survive, and later escape and spread their kind. The Bat People, or Vampires seemed to have grown a massive taste for blood, though they have self control and do no need it to live. They also have a keen sense of perception and sharp fangs. The Wolf people developed more hair and an amazing sense of smell. They can grow claws in some cases but not all have it. Both when honed in at the technique enough can revert to their prior animal state.
