Reopening? Empty Reopening?

I will most likely be reopening the server i got 3 people who wish to play again, and possibly more. Hopefully we build back up again. Check the news section. Sometime tomorrow I will most likely post my 100% answer on what will happen. For now--- Im gunna watch some Claymore and get ready for work. When I get home though I should know.
